Trailmark Expedition programs are The Mountain Workshop's 7 to 21 day overnight trips. Program tuition includes high-quality instruction and all transportation during the program. Tuition does not include transportation to and from East Ridge Middle School (Ridgefield, CT) for all New England and Quebec trips or roundtrip airfare for the western programs, which rendezvous at the Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City airport. All group equipment (tent, stove, cooking and technical gear) is provided as well as activity specific equipment (boats, helmets, climbing gear, etc.). Participants, however, on bike specific programs must provide their own bike, helmet and rear rack. All participants must bring their own sleeping bag and ground pad, in addition to personal gear (a specific gear list will be provided prior to the trip). All meals and snacks are provided except lunch on the first day. Participants may want to bring spending money (Trailmark suggests $50.00 a week) to be used for laundry, souvenirs or rafting photos.
